We have developed a highly scalable, optimal/cost effective process to gather requirement, write user stories, development & quality assurance. We have worked with a combination of tools and developed our own processes and best practices to help adoption of tools and processes for maximizing benefits of agile methodology.
Our projects are normally made of small scrum teams. Scrum teams have scrummasters from dev-ops teams, tech leads, QA leads and engineers. Our releases follow the classic Agile guidelines.
